There are currently three post types within Sobol: Discussion, Sentiment, and Decision.
Discussion posts allow a user to instantly thread a conversation around a topic and notify and tag relevant users for the discussion. Clicking into a Discussion post opens up the fields. Users can reply to the discussion and/or give emoji-based feedback.
Sentiment allows users to provide sentiment (or feedback) on a Team or user via an emoji and text system. This can be provided anonymously or non-anonymously.
Decision posts allow users to tag decisions. This commonly occurs during a Meeting discussion when decisions are made and need to be tagged. Users can tag decision within the Replies tab of a discussion (make sure to select "Decision" not "Comment")
