Sub Teams

Sub Teams tab shows the sub teams of the selected team in two view options; Cards and Table.

Cards View

Profile picture of the sub Team, name and number of sub Teams are shown on the cards. Clicking on a card opens the sub Team' profile in the side panel.

Clicking the icon on the card will open a drop down menu where you can;

• Open : Open the sub Team profile.

• Share : Get a sharable link to the sub Team.

• Move : Move team to another parent Team.

• Archive : Archive selected sub Team.

• Delete : Delete selected sub Team permanently.

Table View

Sub Teams can be seen in a table with filtering and search.

In table view you are also able to add a role to this Team.

Adding a new sub Team

Click on + Add Team to add a new sub Team under this Team. Parent Team will be selected as this Team by default. You can change the parent Team if you want. Type in Team Name, select assignees, select the template and click Create.

Adding a new Role

In table view, click on + Add Role to add a new role under the selected Team. Team will be selected as this Team by default. You can change the Team if you want. To finish adding a role type in Role Name, select assignees, select the template and click Create.
