Add/Remove Identities
Adding/Linking New Identities
By default, every Sobol account will have one identity associated with it, which is the identity you used to create your Sobol account. If you wish to link more identities to your Sobol account, there are two different places in which you can link your identities; Login Page and Identities Page.
Login Page
Click on the + Link Identity button
Log into your existing Sobol account
Log into the identity you wish to link to your Sobol account
Congratulations, you have now linked a new identity to your Sobol account!
Identities Page
To link an identity from the identities page, follow these steps:
Click on the + Add Identity button in the top right of the page
Log into the identity you wish to link to your Sobol account
Congratulations, you have now linked a new identity to your Sobol account!
Removing Identities
A user can remove any of their identities, as long as :
the identity you wish to delete is not the one used to log into the current session
A user is not able to delete their only remaining identity
You can remove an identity by going to the identities page and following these steps:
Hover over the identity you wish to delete
You will be prompted to confirm your action.
Please note that by deleting an identity that is marked as required by an organization and you choose to delete this identity, you will lose access to that organization. If you wish to regain access to the organization you can follow one of these two solutions:
Re-add the required identity to your Sobol account
Get the admin of the organization to switch your required identity to an identity currently linked to your account
