Roles tab shows the roles of the selected team in table view.

Roles are what members of Teams actually do in support of that Team. In contrast, titles don't provide much context into what one is doing day-to-day. Members of an organization usually have multiple roles in an organization and even within the same team.

In Sobol, users can represent their role accountabilities with as many roles as they need to appropriately map their responsibilities. For more information on how Team Sobol thinks about Roles, visit our Future of Work Hub section on roles.

You can use fields, search and filter as in all table views. Clicking on any role will open the role profile in the side panel.
