Agreements

Agreements within Sobol are used to align groups within an organization. Agreements can be made and signed within Teams and across Teams, but are signed by users.

Agreements are editable only in "Draft" mode, and can only be signed when in "Active" mode.

• Hiring Processes

Team Sobol has discovered that when Teams align on and sign agreements, working processes naturally improve. The upfront time to draft and edit agreements is worth it when all parties to the agreement understand exactly what they signed up for (pun intended).
