Modifying/Editing Roles

Modifying or editing a role is completed via the table view and within the role profile card.

In table view one can edit the role information directly in the role row. Click into the row, edit as needed, and click out to save your changes.

Clicking on the icon will open a menu where you can,

  • Open : Open the role profile in the side panel

  • Move : Move the role under another Team

  • Duplicate : Create a copy of the selected role under with a (duplicate) tag in its name.

  • Share : Get a sharable link to the role

  • Archive : Archive selected role.

  • Delete : Delete selected role permanently.

To make additional changes, especially those that involve custom fields and templates, click on the Name of the Role in Table View to open up the Role profile page in the side panel. Changes can then be made inline.
